Helping Educators and Students of Plainview ISD
We see every challenge as an opportunity! Beginning 2026-2027 school year, each campus in Plainview ISD will compose a wishlist of instructional and behavioral tools to enhance learning in and out of the classroom. Education Express Grant initiative helps Plainview Education Foundation ensure that educators we serve are prepared to provide unique and innovative classroom instruction for the students of Plainview Independent School District.
Education Express Grants
Education Express Grants provide funding for student organizations and enrichment projects. For student organizations, at least one fundraiser should have been done. PEF can assist when there have been unforeseen changes in the budget. Plainview Education Foundation can provide funds up to $1,000 for at least one project a month.
